What product selection filters are there?

Products can be included or excluded by tag, collection, vendor, and product type — or selected individually, down to the variant. Combine multiple filters for precise selections, and add separate product groups to a single campaign.

How do I create a sale collection?

Use auto-tagging: DiscountPal adds a tag to products while the campaign is active, so a smart collection built on that tag fills itself when the sale starts and empties when it ends.

How long does a campaign take to go live?

Small campaigns apply almost immediately; large ones take a few minutes to roll out across every product, and the same applies when prices revert. Campaigns run on your store's timezone.

Can I discount from the original price instead of the current price?

Yes — apply the discount to the current selling price, the original RRP, or full-price items only. "Full-price only" skips already-reduced products, so nothing gets double-discounted.

What if I change a product's price during a campaign?
